I always admired the fighter pilots of the World War II era. I first became infatuated these pilots after learning the story of my great uncle. It turned out he was a fighter pilot during the war and he sacrificed his life fighting against the Japanese.
There is one item left over from my uncle that was given to me by my great aunt three years ago on my birthday. It’s a leather bomber jacket, and I wear it everyday. I feel much closer to my heroes this way. It’s my way of paying tribute to the soldiers who died defending our country.

Recently, I purchased a nice pair of leather pants. It’s something that was worth spending a little bit more money on because I know it will last for years. The key for me was buying it from a website, instead of a mall store where the quality of the products is compromised for the price. They may be a few dollars more, but I’ll still have these pants for the next ten years, instead of ten days.
